Actually, they already have an easy way via the PDK and have touted this a
lot.  This is why we've seen a BUNCH of games that were previously on the
iPhone come to the Pre just in the last few months.  Still waiting for some
non-game apps, but we'll see.  As far as HTML5, yes, the Pre is based on
Webkit, which is HTML5-compliant, however, different devices support
different parts of html5, so there's no gaurentee that a given HTML5 app
will run on the Pre.  I don't know myself which parts it does or doesn't
support...
