I seriously doubt it's a PC issue...no explanation for that guess seems reasonable.
What about deleting the account on your Pre and re-adding it? It's a scary proposition, I know, but just an idea. That was what was required back last Fall when Google Calendar stopped syncing with my Pre. Or, live with it until an OS update comes out.
