AnyDVD...Google it. Works in conjunction w/ your preferred ripping/transcoding 
app.

does a surprisingly good job. you can do the MP4 Video at 256k and



Audio at 32k or (if you have a fast computer) splurge and go for H.264



- someone will have to tell you if these profiles work on the Pre tho.
