I was with AT&T for about 10 years, and Cell One before that, and now
Sprint, and always the same. The I'd comes from your phone, not the phone
company - which is a bummer.

Last year, when I switched from AT&T to Sprint, I noticed that if

an incoming phone number wasn't in my address book, only the number

would be displayed, but not the name associated with the number by

the telephone company.

Does anyone know if this is a quirk of Sprint or the features of

my calling plan?

Thanks,
