So, my guess is that webosinternals is down or that there's some kind of
network blockage, but I would check with WebOSInternals.  If you are on
twitter, you might see if others (especially on your carrier) are having the
same issue.  I just earlier today downloaded the new uberkernal from them,
but I'm on Sprint here in the US, so that might not be relevant.
