hie guys
was going through Judges recently and something caught my attention , *Judges
2 vs 10 "Whn all that generation had bn gathered to their fathers ,another
generation arose after them who did not know the Lord ,nor the great work He
had done for Israel .." *going from there i noticed how the Isrealites after
some tym they wd forget abt the LOrd and sin , and God wd punish them and
after some years they wd rebel against the Lord , the process goes on and on
,realise how a new generation just forgets abt the Lord , my raise of
concern is that , Where the older generation [that is the ones who had seen
the work of the Lord ]praying for the generations to come ? did they pray
that they wd not forget the Lord , did they sow a seed for the generations
to come or they were just concerned abt themselves ? so the question is are
you sowing a seed and praying for the generations to come , even for your
children and grand children and great great grandchildren ?I am very happy
that Pastor Tom always talks abt us investing with the future generations in
mind , so that they will have something to refer to whn my generation is
gone , so that they will not have to stray and only come back whn punishd
think abt it ......
