"You Have What You Said!"
Prov. 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that
love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
You may have been saying you will not make it. You may feel bad because you
didn't finish
college or your marriage failed. You may not be a beauty king or queen, or
you may have
made so many mistakes in this life, you don't feel God anymore. But take
a good look around you. Don't you know that your life was created by God,
but your lifestyle was created by you? That's right! You have what you
spoke. You see, there is so much power in your words until, even when you
were
upset and said things you didn't really mean, your words manipulated
your environment and created your present state. God said, in the beginning,
"let there be light" and there was light, even before there was ever a
source
(sun and moon). God created this world with his words. And you create
your world with your words.
You have the power to do that!! If you have the power
to confess Christ as your personal savior with your words then you can
also confess doom, sickness, hurt, etc. with your words. Stop talking
negatively about your situation to people. Stop complaining about where you
are.
Stop looking in the mirror and speaking down on yourself. Stop bringing up
your
past and blaming yourself. Get a grip! From this day forward, say what you
want,
not what you don't want!
