What’s everyone using for solder paste dispensing? Looks like there are three
main options:
- brute force; cheap but wears out your hand
- air-powered things on eBay (they work OK but need an air compressor)
- screw-drive servo things
I am leaning towards this:
https://www.tindie.com/products/DanM/dm---solder-paste-and-adhesive-dispenser/

Seems like screw-drive will have more controllable output and won’t need a
noisy compressor. It does look a bit awkward to hold.
I may just go with a stencil for my next project, but I see that as having its
own issues, such as needing to build an alignment jig.
