Looking at this project again. Purchased a new popcorn maker (same model) and took some more measurements.
Heater Red and White (ground) wires 113 Volt AC 0.134 Amp AC Black and White (ground) wires 20 Volt AC Black and Red wires 94 Volts AC 0.111 Amps AC Fan Motor 17 Volts DC 0.018 Amps DC We have established this would be great for the temperature sensor (thermistor): https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/littelfuse-inc/503JG1K/615-1143-ND/5230977 Fan motor controller: IRF510N IRF510 Power MOSFET N-Channel 5.6A 100V Heater controller: Needs to be a solid state relay. If my digikey searching is accurate, this seems to be the cheapest that accepts 113V https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/sensata-crydom/CX240A5/CC1332-ND/555039 Would that work? Thanks Craig
