From the linked article

"The majority of digital audio equipment operates at a sample rate of 44.1 kHz
or precisely 215 Hz”

What does that mean? I understand what 44.1 khz is and what 215 Hz is, but
how are they the same? I’ve never heard of audio equipment that operates at a
sample rate of 215 Hz.

Thanks!
