Win4Lin allows you to run the full 9x/Me OS as a Linux Process. It is not an emulator. Codeweavers uses WINE (Wine Is Not an Emulator), a set of API's and DLL's that interface with Linux to allow M$ Windows based products (but not OS') to run in Linux.
