For some reason, an upgrade to apt on the server side doesn't generate headers in a way that's perfectly compatible with all previous versions of apt. I don't quite understand it, but I am looking into it. It's not anything to really worry about, as the RPMs themselves are still signed by Red Hat -- this only has to do with a signature/checksum for the release file. (The release file was never signed anyway.)
