DoJ says MS is not engaging in unfair business practices by negotiating with
hardware manufacturers into load their software without option.
They've said a lot of things over the years. Not all of them have been correct. Occasionally the DoJ breaks all bounds of logic and definitions of reality and says something like "M$ is not engaging in unfair business practices". What a joke.
