Okay. So looking at the digium site I think I need one of the following to do what I want:
(a) X100P + TDM10b (total price $224.95)
(b) TDM10b + new FXO module (total price $210.00)


Option (a) is better if I think I am going to ever going to need 4 extensions, but I don't think that is the case.

No, with the proper hardware, you can mix and match analog/ma bell lines
with VoIP trunks, etc. All of that is controlled by your dialplan.
