Option a is available in just that configuration as the Asterisk
Developers Kit (TDM) for $175.00 [1].  For myself, I am going with the
X100P for FXO, and a Sipura SPA-2000 (2 POTS lines connected back to
asterisk via Ethernet) for $99.00.  That will give me the link to Ma
Bell via the X100P, a place for two POTS, and the rest will consist of
IP telephones (probably Grandstream BT-101/2's at 60-100 ea).
