[TriLUG] Asterisk question

I just built a new Linux server (using Ubuntu) and installed the latest 
Asterisk from CVS.  I am using Connect from Voicepulse and incoming 
works fine, but outgoing I keep getting a recording that says "9696".

Anyone seen this before?  BTW - I am running this from TWC with a 
DynDns address.
