Having been a reasonably happy customer of RR Biz class in the past (two or three years, total) I'd suggest you think long and hard about going this route. Why do you want to host from your house? Why do you need that static address (might go with the first question)? You can get a co-lo server at a hosting provider for less money and not have to worry about things like power and cooling. Plus, you'll get more bandwidth. That 384k up can really bite sometimes. If you want, I can give you a recomendation in private.

RR Biz class service is excellent. They've rolled trucks for me at 3am. But if you're hosting out of your house, you're paying for more than just the ISP service. Trust me. So, be sure it's what you -really- want to do.
