QEMU is fast for an emulator, but from my experience it is too slow to comfortably use something like windows XP (anybody else thats tried it, correct me if I'm wrong =]). vmware, on the other hand, doesnt do any translation (well, I'm sure it does *some*, but the point is it doesnt dynamically translate everything, it just pretends its a separate computer and runs on the host machine). -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (GNU/Linux)
