I am trying to install yum on my NCSU Realm Kit (Red Hat Based) system, and so I downloaded the source and ran

sudo make
sudo make install

Now when I run yum, I get

There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

  No module named yum

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
2.2.3 (#1, Feb 2 2005, 12:22:48)
[GCC 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-49)]

If you cannot solve this problem yourself, please send this
message to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.

What should I do? Thanks!
