Personally, I've had more variance with Vonage. I currently have a
family member going through a Vonage nightmare. Lot's of dropped calls,
calls don't connect, etc.. But, I also have friends with good Vonage
service.
As far as TWC Digital phone I've had nothing but good experiences. One
family member I recommended to TWC phone service has a person talking on
the phone *all the time*. They've never had any complaints or problems,
nor have I.

you have the voip ATA box ahead of you local network or behind. If
behind are you doing and QOS. My setup will most likely involve a
