Hate to see you go Joseph, but having been there myself, I understand. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
That said, then, I'll go ahead and suggest two more names for the election (with no idea if they'll consent to being nominated or not, so YMMV). I'd like to nominate Rick DeNatale and Rob Rousseau. Rick is very active on the mailing list and knows quite a bit about MediaWiki (which could be very useful for the fledgling TriWiki). Rob is also active on the mailing list and last year organized the TriLUG booth at the Cary Swapfest. If their schedules permit, I think either one of them would make fine additions to the Steering Committee. Cheers, Tanner On 5/4/06, Joseph Tate <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
I hate to do this on the eve that nominations are over, but after much consideration, I will not be running for reelection next week. I feel that I could not adequately give the time and attention that would be required, nor deserved. Thank you for allowing me to serve for the past two years, and I welcome our new TriLUG overlords whomever they may be. -- Joseph Tate Personal e-mail: jtate AT dragonstrider DOT com Web: http://www.dragonstrider.com -- TriLUG mailing list : http://www.trilug.org/mailman/listinfo/trilug TriLUG Organizational FAQ : http://trilug.org/faq/ TriLUG Member Services FAQ : http://members.trilug.org/services_faq/
