A little off-topic of this thread, but is there a curses-based firewall
configuration tool in some Ubuntu package repository? Firestarter
is nice, but I want to run a router without X and am always pressed
for time when I want to sit down and learn more of the details of
iptables.

I suppose a good solution would be for me to take the iptables rules\
from my Ubuntu server running Firestarter and make a service out of
it in init.d . Shouldn't be too hard ...

Thanks for your help!

I had replaced the contents with a list I found on the Ubuntu Forum. I
neglected to add the
country code on the front of the urls. After I did this and did the
apt-get update I was able to get my package.

Thanks for the help!
