This was discussed already. IceCat is not packaged the Debian way, that's why it is not in our repos. Trisquel's Web Browser is just IceCat 3.0 properly packaged. We will have Web Browser 3.5 in the next release. BTW, the audio and video tags will not be full supported in Firefox (and derivatives) until 3.6 or up.
