The final OK indicates that apt-key has correctly imported the key. I do not  
understand the problem.  
http://linux-libre.fsfla.org/pub/linux-libre/planet/dists/planet/Release does  
exist (just click on it to be convinced) but it looks like apt-get does not  
manage to fetch it...
