You have to click on the title once more than you might expect.  To be  
specific, if you go here:

then click the title, "How can I help the project?", maybe you will see the  
edit button.

I'm going to add something about visiting the store to purchase T-shirts and  
gear, and then I'm going to take that advice and buy some T-shirts.
