The operating system you use is GNU/Linux. Linux only is its kernel:

In this forum, nobody will help you to install proprietary software. Anyway,  
notice that installing the Adobe Flash plugin in Trisquel makes one (very  
ugly) piece of proprietary software on your system. Using Windows looks far  
worse...
