If you ever want to check the copyright of a package go to the trisquel  
package page (packages.trisquel.info) and on the right side the package will  
have a copyright file  
(http://packages.trisquel.info/dagda/virtualbox-ose-guest-utils).  If you  
want to be safer just install packages using the package manager.
