Yea- unfortunately I'm not sure we can do much about it. That mostly depends  
on Italy and if it is part of the free trade zone. From what I understand if  
we setup operation in the UK and ship from the UK it would bypass customs  
entirely for many countries in Europe. My understanding is there are a few  
countries where that isn't the case though. I would almost put money that the  
speed of customs is a tactic to reduce competiton from outside the country.  
Unfortunately we get snared up despite there not being a local option to  
begin with.
