As from my side, I can recommend you StageVU. The highlights for this video
sharing service are the following:
-does not need 'Adobe Flash Player' (not even HTML5 support in web-browser)
-playback relies on video player's browser plugin (Totem on GNU, VLC on
Windows)
-mainly used for uploading full-length, "pirated" copies of movies
-direct links for video downloading
-anyone can upload a video for free (like on YouTube)
--no real limit for video duration (up to 18.2hrs!)
--no real limit for video resolution (up to 1920x1080)
-watching and downloading of movies is entirely free(as in free beer :)
Downsides:
-No WebM/HTML5 or Theora/Vorbis :((
-Audio/Video quality (because of the obsolete codecs)
--using DivX/XviD as video codec (based on MPEG-4 Visual ASP)
--using MPEG Audio Layer 3(shortly MP3) as audio format(does not know which
codec)
