I'm writing now with more time for doing it... =)I am translator of the italian team for the GNU website. The organization of the team is based on a project page on Savannah (https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/www-it/) and on a mailing list with online publics archives. In the project page there are saved the pages translated, the page to translate and the translations in progress. It run very good. I agree with Malberts as translations leader, he is very active and he really knows the structure of the site, but we have to wait the opinion of Ruben about that. And I repeat, we have a complete list of all pages in the website (now they are 157).
