I second Morne's message, and think that what is really needed is for someone  
to assume the role of 'Community Manager'.  This person would be able to  
answer all questions from our community, and post the information that Morne  
suggests.  Obviously this person would need to have constant access to  
quidam, but would relieve quidam of such community-oriented tasks (it seems  
to me - but I could be wrong - that quidam would rather develop rather than  
manage a community).  Maybe we need two such people - one Spanish-speaking  
and one English-speaking (or one bilingual person).

So guys, let's make it happen and create a vibrant and transparent community!
