[Trisquel-users] How much does Trisquel benefit from being a Ubuntu based distro?

There are meant to be very large numbers of developers working on Ubuntu. How  
much is Trisquel able to benefit from that? What are the developers that work  
specifically on Trisquel generally trying to do most of the time?

By the way, gNewSense is also a Linux-libre Ubuntu based distro. What is the  
difference between gNewSense and Trisquel?
