[Trisquel-users] Ekiga (libcapi20-3)

Guys you can know why ekiga (software) is present in the repstory Trisquel  
but requires "libcapi20-3". Why not make available/installable "libcapi20-3?"  
Currently you can not install on Trisquel ekiga for this reason.
