Trisquel is probably the most active all around distribution. Both from a  
community perspective and a development perspective. It's easy to use and  
based on a solid well patched distribution (Ubuntu minus the non-free parts).  
There are a lot of non-Trisquel users here as well. Mostly those on other  
free distributions. This distribution is about freedom. It is not about the  
latest and greatest or some particular must have feature. This is something  
that has been missed in some of the past reviews (particularly one recent one  
on the "Linux Action Show").
