As frustrating as you can imagine it is, in Romania domain registrations  
require one-time only payment and you have it "for life". This means it costs  
~50 euros to register a new domain and the chance to recycle one domain if it  
was already registered (and not used) are miminum, as you would need to reach  
an agreement with the owner (who most of the times is hard to find or asks  
lots of money for transfer).

We promote 100% Free distros on the foundation's website and in the magazine  
we edit, but it would be more effective to  actually have a dedicated website  
for a specific distro. It seems to me that Trisquel is our best chance to  
promote one 100% Free distro.
