Hm, I don't see any organizations like that.
There is a "Linux (sic) User Group", which hilariously proclaims its purpose as "to support and promote the use of Linux (sic), UNIX and other Open Source technologies". I'll try talking to them, looks like there's an IRC channel. Maybe there's a couple free software supporters there.
