The excuse is different for arcades, but the original DS might have the same
excuse as traditional consoles, and I'm sure all the Game Boys do. The one
thing about the DS is it has WiFi connectivity features, so it has an ability
to be malicious; still, it probably passes. The DSi and 3DS, though, I'm
pretty sure count as computers; I know the 3DS gets software updates, and I
think the DSi does, too.
