I wouldn't agree with this.
Without gnash, many youtube videos won't  work, since html5 is not available  
for every video.
And I don't believe that a significant number of these anime streaming  
websites will switch to html5 if no flash is installed (I never encountered  
such a page though I like animes).
So I think gnash does more good than bad.
