[Trisquel-users] Thoggen produces jittery videos

I've used Thoggen to back-up several DVDs, and I discovered that the  
resulting OGV files have very stuttered video playback in MPlayer, Totem, and  
VLC.

Since I hadn't encountered the jittery video before, I tested it with some  
video files I've downloaded from other people. A mix of MP4 files, OGV files,  
and WMV. I found that the WMV got jittery, too (especially during intense  
scenes), but the OGVs and MP4s played back perfectly smooth. Only the videos  
I've ripped with Thoggen have stuttered video playback.

I'm using the preferred DVD ripper and the basic playback applications all on  
default settings. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
