You have a number of issues:
1. wifi card slot white listing (should not be an issue with System76
systems) where you can't replace the internal wireless card
2. the wireless cards System76 ships with are not compatible with free
software operating systems
3. yes- it looks like at least some 4th generation intel CPUs are going to be
acceptable
4. there are other issues with netflix although the TXT stuff in the CPU is
an enabler for companies to control your computer; it can be ignored by you
if you choose not to use an OS that supports it until there are no other
options available and at that point you'd just have to live without it or
accept it; i believe if you can help yourself to avoid it do so now while
there is still a large percentage of people who don't have it and so it is
unlikely to be adopted by entertainment companies
