[Trisquel-users] Question about the future plans of Trisquel GNU/Linux

Hi,
I have a simple question but which means a lot to me: has the Trisquel  
community taken the decision to use GNOME 3 as a desktop environment for the  
future or could that change in the future?

I am asking this because I want to find a distro firmly committed to GNOME 3  
and based either on Ubuntu or Debian.  And since Trisquel is 100% free that  
would be my first choice if you can confirm that it will remain GNOME 3  
based.
