With a few popular extensions and after learning a few keybindings, GNOME  
Shell is a very efficient desktop interface. As far as I saw, a user  
discovering GNOME Shell has no problem getting things done with the mouse.  
However, I agree it is not efficient: GNOME Shell unveils its efficiency  
after learning the keybindings.
