I have keynav, xbindkeys, and xdotool installed. keynav takes care of most  
clicks, but it's time-consuming to use and I often find I "miss" my target  
click. I've used xbindkeys and xdotool to make the keyboard shortcut  
Ctrl-Alt-Semicolon a click, but for some reason this doesn't work in  
LibreOffice.
