Ah, I probably don't need to know decentralization as I believe in human  
individual value. ;) I've also read articles regarding decentralization, and  
knew about YaCy and Seeks. Though those too doesn't provide as much relevant  
results unlike Startpage and DDG does. I'm using DDG now and it's great. :D
