Did you see my above message? I'm not removing the non-free ports from the
tree unless someone pays me to do so. The ports tree is *not* a part of
LibertyBSD.
If you want to remove the non-free bits from the ports tree, download the
tarball from my website, make a gitorious repository and I'll happily link to
it once you're done.
It's not that I don't want to have a libre ports tree, it's just that I,
personally, don't use anything from ports, and deblobbing such a large tree
takes a *lot* of work, so there's no incentive for me to make it libre.
