[Trisquel-users] Lost Internet Connection upon upgrading to Trisquel 7

I upgraded to Trisquel 7 on Monday.  When I rebooted into version 7 for the  
first time I lost my Internet connection.
I contacted Verizon (in the eastern USA), and they tested my hardware and  
connection, but could not fix the problem.  I suspect that I lost a software  
setting in Trisquel when upgrading to version 7.  I have DSL service, via a  
direct wire connection to my modem and my land phone line.
Trisquel has a "Network Connections" icon on the bottom right.  Using it, I  
tried to set up a DSL connection.  It asked for a "Username", a "Service",  
and a "Password".  I do not know what it is asking for.  I would appreciate  
some help.
