I am a designer in real life, I like to have the aesthetics to suit my style  
and vision. It's frustrating when using a beautiful zen background to have  
this logo on it :P
I cannot find a property button and when I am only talking about the  
minimize, maxime and close button of a window, only the close appears. So I  
want to make the minimize and maximize appear and change there color :)
