Perhaps it would be easiest to do a new Trisquel install and not select a  
desktop environment? Or select mate if that is offered in the installer. This  
is a screenshot of the later stages of "Install Trisquel in text mode".  
(Dunno if that works with orca.)


It can also be triggered on an installed system withsudo tasksel
