I'm downloading trisquel mini now to test it out,  but doesn't lxde come with  
pcmanfm?  From within there should be an option to stop that.  This happens  
on all distros not just trisquel mini,  and a good idea to shut off if just  
for security reasons.  Also turn off thumbnails.
