Streaming isn't SaaSS, either. All that means is that you watch the video at  
the same time as downloading it.

I think the browser should be saving copies of videos it streams. But it's  
not necessarily wrong to delete the copy once you're done watching it, as  
browsers currently do. As long as you're not using proprietary software, it's  
fine.
